In conjunction with our virtual reality model of Canfield Green Apartments, we are also experimenting with a location-based augmented reality platform called DAQRI.

Basically, users with DAQRI on their phones could stumble upon stickers that have been printed with layers that can interact with DAQRI and be recognized via cell phone camera, making the Canfield Green Apartments virtual experience, both mobile and on-site.

While we will not be placing stickers in Canfield Green Apartments out of respect for Michael Brown and his family and affected community, the concept of this experiment is to create a mobile prototype of virtual news experience that could occur on-site.
